I’M HAVING TROUBLE DOWNLOADING A PRODUCT I PURCHASED?
Some of the products come with effects that are quite large in file size, meaning the download may take longer (depending on internet speed). If you have accidentally stopped the download or experienced a computer crash, you can simply click on the link on the email receipt and begin downloading again. If in those rare cases you’re still having trouble, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE NEWSLETTER?
Just click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the next email you receive and we won’t bother you again.
HOW DO I PAY FOR A PRODUCT?
We take payments through Stripe and PayPal as they’re both simple, fast and most importantly secure. We guarantee a safe secure checkout.
CAN I USE YOUR PRESETS FOR COMMERCIAL WORK?
For sure, we love when you use our products in your production work. Whatever you choose to use the templates for, we’d be excited to see it! There are no additional licensing fees but for further information about licensing, please read our License Agreement.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE FREE DOWNLOADS?
DO THE FILES WORK ON MAC OR WINDOWS?
All of our products are compatible on both Mac & Windows. If you’re interested in a preset pack, please check that it is compatible with your software version before purchasing. You can find this information in the product description on each of the product pages.
*NOTE* Most of our products are for the editing software ADOBE PREMIERE PRO. So if you are using a different editing software be sure you are aware of what you are purchasing or purchase a product that corresponds with your editing software.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASE?
Our products are delivered via email. An order confirmation email with your product will be sent immediately after purchase. Download from confirmation email.
HOW DO I FIND MY INVOICES?
An order confirmation email with your product will be sent immediately after purchase. If you haven’t received it and would like one, contact us and we’ll send one to you. Also, you can create an account and once you sign in from the user login, you can view your purchase history.
CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?
Unfortunately, due to our store containing only digitally downloadable products, we’re unable to accept returns and offer refunds. Our products are thoroughly checked before being published to the store so if you check the preview video and the description and it matches your needs you shouldn’t have any problems. I SUBSCRIBED TO YOUR MAILING LIST, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE DOWNLOAD?
After you have entered your name and email address you should receive a confirmation email. Make sure you clicked on “Yes, Subscribe me to this list” and you will receive a 2nd email that leads to your free gift!
WHO SETS THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS IN THE STORE?
We set the price based on complexity and market value, before publishing the product to the site. Prices are subject to change due to demand and increase/decrease in market value after publishing.
